Working together

How WordPress work runs with Groflex

  1. 01

    Priced before we start

Every request gets a credit cost first: a page build is 3 credits and a small fix is 1.

  2. 02

    Staging, not the live site

Where the host allows it, we work on a staging copy, so your client’s live site is never the test bed.

  3. 03

    Two revision rounds

Every deliverable includes two rounds of changes. Anything outside the brief is quoted in credits first.

  4. 04

Resell it as a care plan

Put your clients’ WordPress maintenance on a monthly plan and sell it as your own care package, at your own price.

The process

How our white-label service works

  1. 01

    Book a call

Twenty minutes on how your agency works: what you sell, who your clients are and where your team is stretched.

  2. 02

Get an 8-credit pilot. $0 upfront.

Pick a real client task, like a landing page, a brand kit or a set of app screens. We deliver it under your brand, inside your tools.

  3. 03

Pay only if you like it

Happy with the work? Pay $750. Not happy? You owe nothing. No contract, no card on file.

  4. 04

    Scale without hiring

Keep going with credit packs, a monthly plan or a dedicated team. The same people and the same standards, every month.

FAQs

WordPress development questions

How much does white-label WordPress development cost?

A page build is 3 credits, a landing page designed and built is 8, a 5-page website is 20 and small fixes are 1 credit. Credits cost $99–$130 each depending on your plan.

Can you work on our clients’ existing WordPress sites?

Yes. We build from your designs and work within the client’s existing setup. Tell us on the call which theme or page builder the site uses and we will confirm it is a fit before you commit.

Can you take over maintenance for our clients?

Yes. Updates, fixes and small changes run on credits, so you can bundle them into your own monthly care plans.

Can you speed up a slow WordPress site?

Yes. We look at hosting, images, caching and plugins, fix what is slowing the site down and show you the before and after.

What access do you need?

Only enough to do the job, ideally on a staging copy. Share it through your usual password manager and remove it when we are done.

Will our client know you did the work?

No. There is no Groflex branding anywhere in the work, we sign an NDA before you share any client details, and we never contact your client unless you ask us to.
